Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. Please keep in mind that many of our items are handmade and minor imperfections are to be expected.

Manufacturing Defects
Please inspect your items thoroughly upon arrival. If you find a manufacturing defect, please contact us at cutietootsllc@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your item and include photos of the defect.

If accepted, we will send you a shipping label to use. The item must be in its original clear plastic packaging, unworn, and unwashed. You must mail the defective item back to us within 5 business days from receipt of the shipping label. If the defective item is not mailed within the 5 business days, it will no longer be accepted.

If we have a replacement in stock, we will send it to you after inspecting the defective item. If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
